A cosy little Victorian cottage ideally situated between central Leigh-on-Sea and Belfairs. From the very first moment we entered this building it felt like home. In the late 1950`s this building used to be a bakery so we are proud to bring old fashioned traditional baking back to the local community. The large bakery allows us to focus on supporting lots of local cafés, hotels & restaurants, but also gives us a fantastic space to run our baking school.
From the early morning dash for fresh sourdough to relaxing afternoons serving organic coffee and tea to go with a sweet delight from our patisserie, we are sure you will be coming back for more!

Just around the corner from the iconic Leigh-on-Sea Broadway we opened our very first shop in 2018 bringing Artisan baking to this bustling community. This was our first 'true' shop after starting out baking for local markets and wholesale custom. Since our opening we have embedded ourselves in the local community, making lifelong friends who regularly pop in, not only for their daily bread and coffee but also for a chat to our friendly team. Our farm shop offers Artisan cheeses and butters, freshly grown tomatoes from the Isle of Wight, Suffolk fruit juices and much more.
Our front of house team are proud to be serving organic coffee, morning pastries, sweet treats, our signature sausage rolls and a seasonal menu with plenty of seats available.
