Q: What ingredients are using for your sourdough?
A: We are proud to support REAL BREAD campaign and all our sourdough are made of local Flour, Water, Salt - each of them handcrafted individually and are baked to your liking.
Q: Do you use any preservatives in your baking?
A: We don't use any artificial colouring, improvers , preservatives or bleach in our bakes. Most of our vegetable and fruit is grown at our allotment.
Q: do you use plastic packaging?
A: We love our planet and we are trying to protect the little what has left, so all our breads and bakes are wrapped in a paper bags. For our deliveries to our business partners we are using metal cages.
