We will then continue the morning with the preparation of your very own sourdough starter (levain), techniques of stretching & shaping sourdough and understanding what "hydration" means. During this course YOU will be making a loaf of real sourdough and sourdough bagels, so at the end of the course you will leave with a goody bag full of tasty breads, dough cutter, a bag of Organic bread flour, a pot of our very own Sourdough starter and with the most important skills - how to make your very own sourdough!
